Queaxis for Saudi Arabia
Turn every waiting line into a managed customer journey
Queaxis is a queue management system built for organisations in Saudi Arabia that move large numbers of people through a branch, clinic or service centre every day. It replaces the unmanaged physical line with structured check-in, routing, live displays, notifications, agent tools and reporting, across counters in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and anywhere else you operate. In business since 2006, we run the same platform for single locations and for multi-branch national networks.

The cost of an unmanaged line
Long queues are a data problem before they are a patience problem
- Visitors pick the wrong counter and have to start again.
- Peak hours turn into crowding with no way to redistribute demand.
- Staff spend the day calling names instead of serving customers.
- Nobody can say what the real waiting time or abandonment rate was.
- Every visitor is checked in and routed to the right service on arrival.
- Appointments, virtual queues and flexible counter allocation absorb the peaks.
- Agents work from one portal that calls, holds, transfers and completes tickets.
- Waiting time, serving time, no-shows and counter performance are all measured.

How a visit moves through Queaxis
- 1 Pre-arrival
- 2 Check-in
- 3 Queue and wait
- 4 Service
- 5 Feedback
Before arrival, a customer can reserve a slot through connected online appointment booking, join a virtual queue from their phone, or simply walk in. On arrival they check in at a kiosk, by scanning a QR code, through a receptionist or automatically, which creates a structured visit record and directs them to the correct service.
The system then places the visit in the right queue using service type, appointment, priority and workflow rules. While the customer waits, live screens and mobile updates keep them informed, so they can step away from the physical line. The agent calls, transfers, holds, recalls or completes the visit, and afterwards a feedback request can go out while management receives the operational data.

One platform
Everything you need to manage customer flow
Virtual and QR check-in
Let customers join remotely or scan a QR code and complete check-in on their own device, which reduces crowding and speeds up busy locations.
WhatsApp queue access
Approved WhatsApp automation can issue tickets, share status and send reminders. Our teams have written about why so many businesses now run queues over WhatsApp during peak demand.
Intelligent routing and priority
Direct each customer by service type, appointment, skill or counter availability, and apply approved priority rules for urgent cases or booked visits.
Displays and digital signage
Show live ticket numbers and counter calls, and combine them with announcements or promotions through our digital signage so waiting screens do more than display a number.
Dashboards and analytics
Track waiting time, serving time, footfall, service levels, abandonment and counter performance by branch, agent, day and time, so staffing decisions are based on data.
Post-service feedback
Connect surveys to the end of each visit and compare sentiment with queue data using our customer feedback system, so you can see which services need attention.
Connected, not isolated
Integrate queues with the systems you already run
Most vendors say they connect to your systems. Queaxis names the methods, so your IT team knows exactly what a project involves before it starts. Payment, POS or national-identity connections are added only where they have been technically scoped and approved.

Arabic and English, deployed the way your policy requires
Customer and staff journeys run in configured languages, with Arabic and English wording and right-to-left presentation set up and tested as part of the Saudi implementation, not machine-translated at the last minute. Service names, ticket formats, messages and display content are all localised during the project.
Deployment follows your infrastructure and security requirements. Queaxis runs on-premise, in private or public cloud, or as a hybrid, with cloud options such as Queaxis Qloud and Queaxis Atom. Data-handling, hosting and access controls are designed around your approved standards, and any specific regulatory position is confirmed with your legal and technical teams before go-live rather than promised on a web page.

From check-in to completion
See it mapped to your own service flow
Share your branch count, daily footfall and integration needs, and we will show you the journey configured for your operation.
- HIS, CRM and ERP through HL7, SOAP and REST
- Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD and OpenLDAP
- SMS, email and WhatsApp for notifications
- Appointment booking through SchdMngr
- Webhooks for real-time event triggers
- Custom REST APIs for project-specific data
- Digital signage and infotainment extensions
- Virtual-service and video-interaction options

Made to fit the market
Before you ask
Queue management in Saudi Arabia: common questions
Which solution is right for our business?
Lino suits one simple ticketless line. Stag suits small and medium locations that want a complete standard queue management system. Queaxis suits complex workflows, enterprise integrations, multi-branch management and advanced reporting. If you are unsure, share your branch count and services and we will recommend the closest fit.
Can the system support Arabic and English?
Yes. The solutions run multilingual interfaces, and Arabic and English customer journeys, wording and right-to-left presentation are configured and tested as part of your implementation.
Can customers join the queue from their mobile phone?
Queaxis supports remote and touchless check-in through mobile web, QR code, virtual queue and connected messaging channels. The exact channel set depends on the modules and integrations you select.
Can it manage both appointments and walk-ins?
Yes. Queaxis places appointments and walk-ins into the appropriate service workflow and applies approved priority or balancing rules, so booked visits and drop-ins are handled together rather than in competition.
Can the system connect to our CRM, ERP or hospital information system?
Queaxis integrates through HL7, SOAP, REST APIs, webhooks and other approved methods, and can connect to Active Directory, Azure AD and OpenLDAP for identity. The exact data flow and connector are scoped during the project.
Can we manage multiple branches from one place?
Yes. Enterprise Queaxis deployments provide central administration, monitoring and reporting across multiple locations, so head office sees consistent service standards and an organisation-wide view.
How much does the solution cost?
Pricing depends on the product you choose and on the number of locations, service points, modules, users, hardware, integrations, deployment architecture and support scope. We provide a quote after a short discovery of your operation.
Is the solution compliant with Saudi data-protection requirements?
The deployment can be designed around your approved security, hosting and data-handling requirements. Any specific data-residency or regulatory position is reviewed and approved by the relevant legal and technical teams before publication or go-live.
Ready to organise your customer flow?
Tell us your industry, your locations, your daily footfall and the systems you need to connect. We will show you Queaxis configured for your operation and give you a clear quote.
